Experience
  • Level 3 Qualification linked to Health and Social Care.
  • Experience on delivery of excellent Care Services.
  • Knowledge of CQC Standards and regulations all linked to Health and Social Care.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines/targets.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to use IT packages such as Excel, Word, Budget Management.
  • Excellent Attendance and Punctuality.
  • Flexible Approach.
  • Car Driver with access to a vehicle for work.
Key Tasks of the Role
  • Lead by example demonstrating commitment to work and quality provision of care
  • Supervise / support staff working in the community
  • Allocate rosters
  • Liaise with professional partners in NHS and Local authorities GP’s and Nurses in respect of developing and delivering holistic person centred packages of care
  • Be committed to working over a seven day roster and deliver care in emergencies
  • Be responsible for a designated locality
  • Previous Care Co-ordinator or supervisory experience in domiciliary care services preferred
  • Ability to provide ongoing support to clients and families,
  • Have a passion for care, be energetic and positively embrace better ways of working
  • Be committed to training and development.
