As a Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for front line care staff within a designated locality. You will ensure that a safe and reliable service is delivered on behalf of HCL, which promotes best practise and puts the customer at the forefront of the service provision.

We offer
  • £21,000 – £24,000 salary.

Requirements
  • Have previous experience of delivering Care Services.
  • Level 3 qualification linked to Health and Social Care.
  • Knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
  • Driver with access to a vehicle.
