We offer:

  • A starting salary of £18,720 per annum.
  • 2 year duration.
  • 40 hours per week to be worked flexibly.

Job Role in Brief:

HCL Care Services are passionate about providing the best possible care to our customers in their own homes, to enable them to live as independently for as long as possible. As a Trainee Care Coordinator, you will be learning alongside our current Care Coordinators. You will be responsible for ensuring that a safe and reliable service is delivered on behalf of HCL, which promotes best practise and puts the customer at the forefront of the service provision.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience of delivering Care Services.
  • Minimum level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.
  • Willingness to work flexibly and facilitate learning.
  • Driver with access to vehicle.
