History

HCL has a successful track record of working in partnership with Liverpool City Council in the delivery of their domiciliary care services. HCL successfully deliver 4400 hours of care per week in the city under current contract arrangements and have received full compliance reports from CSCI exceeding in six of the national minimum standards and met the remaining twenty one standards at our last unannounced inspection. On consultation with CSCI they have confirmed our quality rating of the overall service is "Good".

HCL has a proven track record in taking a collaborative approach in the design and delivery of innovative and effective domiciliary care services with LCC. HCL is fully committed to the principles of and achievement of best value in the delivery of this key public service. We have a committed leadership team who share the collective vision of providing a five star service to the service user and their families. We have a culture of responsiveness and constantly seek the views of our stakeholders in the implementation of our services, which is crucial in contributing to our on going process of continuous improvement.

HCL has robust governance and management arrangements in place, which facilitates the effective delivery of this publicly, funded services. HCL has sound management systems in place, which are continuously reviewed to ensure that they are fit for purpose. HCL has a strong financial base and achieves sustainable development through effective resource deployment and strategic planning. We offer a competitively priced service, which has quality, service innovation and appropriateness at its core.
