HCL has a long standing history of collaborative working with a range of providers, partners and commissioners to promote good practice within the Health and Social Care sector.
As a market leader in domiciliary care, HCL are innovative, creative and embrace change. We are committed to supporting a Healthy Liverpool and support the integrated Health & Social Care Model of service delivery.
HCL provide a range of care services delivering quality care in the community. We are committed to supporting Social Value and work collaboratively across a number of agencies, both in the voluntary public and private sector, to achieve quality outcomes for the people we care for and the people we employ.
We work with a range of partners such as Skills for Care to support the local community. By creating employment, training and development opportunities for the people within the community, we are helping to develop a skilled workforce for the future by offering career choices for the young unemployed.
We also support the Modern Apprenticeship Programme and are able to offer work placements to cadet nurses and student placements with North Liverpool Academy and Liverpool School of Science.
We relish the opportunity to promote The Healthy Liverpool Programme in partnership with Liverpool City Council (LCC) and Liverpool Clinical Commissioning Group (LCCG). We have commenced our own Health at Work strategy to support and promote a healthy workforce, investing in a number of projects with a range of partners. In order to help us achieve this, we have enhanced our current apprenticeship programme to enable our apprentices to become Health Ambassadors who will promote Health and Wellbeing for our Service Users and our current workforce.
