Company Overview
HCL is a Registered care provider with Commission of Social Care Inspection (CSCI) and Liverpool City Council.
The commission for social care inspection aims to:
- Put the people who use social care first
- Improve services and stamp out bad practic
- Be an expert voice on social care
- Practise what we preach in our own organistation.
Our services comply with the National Minimum Standards for Domicillary Care. Our last unannounced inspection report is available for download at www.csci.org.uk.

Our Objectives

- To maintain continuity of care and to limit the number of care workers introduced to your home
- To maintain our registration and status by full compliance to industry codes and regulations.
- To promote independence and assist people were necessary with activities of daily living.
The company employs over 200 care support staff and 18 management/ administration staff.
HCL currently provides over 4,000 home care hours per week to the elderly and young disabled in the Liverpool area.
